Bookings from every channel in one place
A booking on Airbnb closes the dates everywhere else. Changes made on a channel, such as new dates, guest numbers or a cancellation, update the booking in Stayant.
If a change from a channel would clash with another booking, Stayant keeps the original dates and raises an Overbooking task, so nothing is silently double-booked.

Tell us which channels you use from the property’s Channels tab. The Stayant team links your property to Channex, usually within one working day, and then you connect each channel with a short guided set-up.

iCal for everything else
For a site without a channel connection, or an owner’s own calendar, import and export iCal feeds. Imported feeds refresh every few hours and block the dates in Stayant.
iCal carries availability only, not prices or restrictions, and works best for single-unit properties.

Common questions
Do I need a separate channel manager?
No. The channel manager is part of Stayant, and the connection to Channex is included in your plan.
Are there per-booking channel fees?
Not from Stayant. The channels themselves still charge their usual commission.
Do my photos and descriptions sync to the channels?
Not yet. Rates, availability, restrictions and bookings sync; keep your photos and listing text up to date on each channel.
