Good to know
What Stayant doesn’t do yet, so you can decide before you start:
- Friday and Monday arrival patterns are set with date-range arrival restrictions rather than a weekly changeover rule.
- There are no owner statements or an owner portal for caravans you let on behalf of their owners.
- Damage deposits can be charged and refunded, but not held on the guest’s card.
- Closing for the winter is done by blocking dates rather than a season setting.

Can I offer three- and four-night breaks?
Yes. Set minimum stays by date range, for example three nights at weekends and seven in the summer holidays.
Can I add a cleaning fee?
Yes. Add it as a charge per stay, and it’s itemised on the guest’s booking and invoice.
Do I need a website already?
No. Stayant includes a booking website builder, or you can link to Stayant’s booking pages from the site you have.
