How many rooms is Stayant suited to?
Up to around 20 individually named rooms. Beyond that, most hotels need room types with inventory, which Stayant doesn’t have yet.
Can I offer a non-refundable rate?
Yes. Add a rate plan to a room with its own cancellation terms and a percentage or fixed discount. Rate plans are set up in the channel manager for your connected channels too.
Can I charge tourist tax?
Yes. Add it as a charge marked as a tax, per night, per guest or as a percentage, and it’s itemised on the invoice.
